Plant constructor with customer focus

The planning and construction of dry fermentation plants are our key areas of expertise. This is based on the modular, flexible plant concept, which can be tailored to meet the respective situation. As a result, consultation plays a crucial role. Our services range from initial evaluations, project planning and financing right through to implementation and biotechnology services - all this with a permanent focus on the customer's needs.

Consulting
In cooperation with you, we develop a practical recycling concept with a feasibility calculation as the initial basis for decision-making. All project-specific framework conditions - such as plant location, substrate availability, product recycling and legal stipulations - are taken into account here.

Project planning
As part of project planning, the basic project parameters are verified in detail so that the overall project can be optimised with regard to technical and economic aspects. The result is a stable initial project specification including the investment amount, equipment requirements and a business plan, which can then be used for project financing, the planning permission application and for construction planning.

Implementation
After clarifying all technical, legal and financial matters, we implement the agreed scope of delivery and services. It goes without saying that we implement the project - including detailed planning, delivery, installation, commissioning and test runs - in a fault-free manner, in-budget and on-time.

Biotechnology service
We offer various options for monitoring and controlling anaerobic fermentation. Our services range from laboratory analyses to process consulting.

Our sales specialists will be happy to provide you with detailed information.
